You can then print off our booking form and booking conditions, complete the booking form and return it to us with the required non-refundable deposit of 30% of the full holiday cost. On receipt, we will send an invoice confirming the reservation. The final balance together with the security deposit will be due 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period.

There is a 220 euros/£150 security deposit which is refundable within 2
weeks of the end of the holiday provided there has been no damage and the gîte
is left in a clean and tidy condition.
