In a rural setting, yet only 5 minutes from Gourdon, Les Fourches is an old French farmhouse with a detached cottage set in a delightful walnut grove in the beautiful countryside of the Lot/Dordogne region of South West France.
The farmhouse is divided into two very spacious 3 bedroom gîtes called "Duca Rouge" and "Soustre" each sleeping 6. They can be rented individually or as one unit sleeping 12 for larger parties.
Adjacent to the farmhouse is "La Petite Noix", a pretty detached 2 bedroomed cottage sleeping 4.
Both properties are single storey and set on level grounds making access easy. Each gîte has its own private parking area.
In the grounds we have an under-lit salt water swimming pool 12m x6m

Getting here:
Gourdon is only 19 kms from A20 exit 56 and is on the mainline railway from
Paris to Toulouse.
Brive Le Gaillarde (50mins) is served by the motor rail from Calais.
The airports of Bergerac, Toulouse and Rodez are approximately 1½ hours drive
and are served by Flybe, Easyjet and Ryan Air.
Car hire is available from the airports and Gourdon.
